The annual Syracuse University New York City (SU NYC) reunion is an event held annually in New York City on the Saturday in March to coincide with the Big East Basketball Tournament Championship game. The New York City tri-state area (NY, NJ & Conn.) is where countless Syracuse University alumni, family and friends call home. Furthermore, scores of Syracuse University alumni family and friends descend upon New York City during that time to attend the Big East Basketball Tournament.

Arley a proud Syracuse University alumnus and close friend Derrick Coleman (SU letterman) decided an annual Syracuse University reunion in New York City was needed. While Syracuse University hosts a reunion every 3 years on the campus of Syracuse University called Coming Back Together (CBT), Arley and Derrick believed that 3 years was too long a wait for alumni, family and friends to gather. The SU NYC reunion began in 2005 and every year since hundreds of alumni, family and friends have come together to reconnect.
